Norfolk County’s Senior Economic Development Officer, Susan Gardner, has received the 2025 EDAC President’s Award for her leadership, creativity, and commitment to inclusive economic development. Gardner also spearheaded Norfolk County’s Rainbow Registered certification, while the team earned national recognition for Scout, the County’s award-winning economic development mascot.
